Terms and Conditions
Using our website, or ordering from KeykoDesign and Photography, means you accept and are bound by our terms, conditions, and policies listed below.
After ordering online, you will normally receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details. After payment for your order has been confirmed, we will have your order printed. Printing can take up to ten working days. Once printed, the order will be sent to you by a courier, or by Australia post depending on the product you have purchased. We will notify you when your order has shipped, and when available, we will notify you of a tracking number. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us.
Our printed canvases are insured when we post them to you, but the insurance ends once you sign for the delivery. Before you sign for the delivery, ensure you check the packaging is undamaged when the product arrives. If for any reason you suspect damage to your order on arrival, you should refuse to sign for the product and let us know so we can resolve the situation.
Refunds & Returns
Orders cannot be cancelled once printed, and we are unable to refund due to a change of mind.
Our refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
If we require you to return a printed product to us, all products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. If required, we recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
